One thing I hope to normalize in the talk of mental health, is accepting that sometimes we are just.... not okay. Can we all admit that? I am all for positivity and empowerment. It's important. But I think we can all agree, that especially in the battle of mental health, we are not okay sometimes. and that's okay! "It's okay, to not be okay." Better days are coming, today we are not okay, but that doesn't mean we won't be. We got this.
