Email Troubleshooting

Confirmation emails may be going to your spam or promotions folders instead of the intended inbox. Some solutions include: 

  • Add "" to your email contacts list so it recognizes us as a sender and does not filter to spam/promotions.
  • Once you have the first confirmation email, "move to" inbox. 
  • Select "" as a trusted sender.
